Career Guidance
Career Services at Fountain College involve supporting and guiding students on multiple levels and through various opportunities:
One-on-One Career Counselling: Starting from Year 10, students meet with the Careers Advisor to receive guidance and advice on how best to achieve their goals regarding post-high-school career planning. These sessions provide various levels of support and/or advice depending on the students’ needs and interests.
Careers Expo: Year 9-12 students at Fountain College attend the biggest Careers Expo in Perth. Along with teacher and Careers Advisor guidance, the Careers Expo provides an invaluable opportunity for students to gain insight into university life, information regarding trades, and the different pathways available for entering their desired post-school destinations.
General Guidance and Support: Students at Fountain College don’t need to wait for any special occasion to receive support. Our open-door policy allows students and parents to receive advice from our supportive Careers Advisor and other management members about careers and other aspects related to career planning.
